Ready to bring our Dutch shop to life?
As our Growth & Content Manager for the Netherlands, you’ll take local ownership of our e-commerce presence and make sure Dutch families fall in love with emma & noah – from the first ad to the final checkout.
We’re not looking for a high-level strategist who just tells others what to do – we’re looking for someone who’s excited to get their hands dirty, make things happen, and be part of a small, ambitious team.
You’re a digital native, fluent in both Dutch and D2C. You’re curious about what makes parents tick, love translating customer insights into growth, and feel comfortable switching between performance dashboards and influencer DMs. Together with our team in Germany, you’ll turn our slow start into a success story.
What You’ll Do
Translate & localize: Adapt our messaging, product texts & campaign assets for the Dutch market – not just in language, but in tone, relevance & emotion.
Own our Dutch growth: Manage and grow traffic, revenue & margins across our channels (Meta, Google, influencer, etc.).
Be hands-on: Reach out to influencers, send DMs, translate product copy, and get things done – independently and proactively.
Support Customer Care: Help understand Dutch customer needs by reviewing tickets and providing input to our team.
Find the right voices: Identify and manage influencer collaborations that resonate with Dutch parents.
Represent our brand: Attend trade shows, events, or expert meetups where our target audience is.
Drive performance: Plan, execute & optimize performance marketing with internal and external partners.
Keep the numbers in check: Track KPIs and manage budgets to ensure healthy growth.
Collaborate across borders: Align with our core team in Düsseldorf on product, content & campaign planning.
