- Import & Fulfillment: Du steuerst Import und 3PL-Partner, sicherst deren Performance und behältst die operativen KPIs (Durchlaufzeiten, Fehlerquoten, Bestand) im Blick.
- Carrier Management: Du verantwortest unsere Versanddienstleister (u.a. DHL, Post AT) über alle Märkte – von der operativen Abwicklung bis zu Ausschreibungen und Preisverhandlungen.
- Kostencontrolling & Budget: Du ownst die Logistikkostenquote als zentralen KPI, verantwortest die Budgets in Import und Customer Service und machst Kostentreiber für die Geschäftsführung transparent.
- Customer Service: Du koordinierst das CS-Team und sicherst state-of-the-art Service bei hoher Kundenzufriedenheit (AI-Quote & CSAT).
- ERP & B2B: Du sorgst dafür, dass Auftragsflüsse und EDI-Anbindungen unserer Handelspartner (z.B. BabyOne, BabyWalz) sauber laufen, und hebst Automatisierungspotenziale – idealerweise mit n8n oder Make.
- Führung: Du führst und entwickelst Dein Team und treibst kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserung voran.

Das sind deine Aufgaben
Das bringst du mit
- 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung in Operations, Logistik oder Supply Chain, idealerweise im E-Commerce/D2C.
- Erste Führungserfahrung oder die klare Bereitschaft zum nächsten Schritt.
- Erfahrung mit Budgetverantwortung und Kosten-KPIs – Du steuerst Zahlen aktiv, statt sie nur zu reporten.
- Sicher im Umgang mit ERP (Weclapp von Vorteil) und Shopify o.ä. sowie sehr gutem Excel/Sheets.
- Hands-on, strukturiert, Ownership-getrieben; sehr gutes Deutsch, gutes Englisch.
Plus: B2B-/EDI-Erfahrung, Affinität zu Automatisierung (n8n, Make, Zapier), grenzüberschreitender E-Commerce (DACH + Südeuropa/Benelux), Erfahrung im CS-Umfeld.
